“This too shall pass”
This was the phrase I would often put on repeat in my mind when I felt like I would never find my way out of this massive hole I buried myself in. Sometimes when you are in the midst of a hard season of life, it feels like time has stopped and that you won’t ever make it through to the other side......but THIS. TOO. SHALL. PASS. The hard times do pass. The good times will come....and then...you know what, they will pass too. In those hard seasons, I never would have believed you if you gave me a snapshot of my current life. It’s humbling and beautiful to realize that those things I hoped and prayed for sooo much during those crappy times is finally sitting right in front of me. So...if you are in a hard season of life right now, just know that it won’t last forever. I promise you...IT WILL PASS!!!! I know you may feel lonely, discouraged, or defeated....but please...don’t give up and keep going!! Every step you make is another step closer to where your next season of life will start. As a sweet friend of mine always told me, ✨✨✨ “Keep on, Keepin’ On!” ✨✨✨
