I’ve shared this before, but came across this post I wrote last summer and it reminded me how these "Miracle Morning" steps (from Hal Elrod) are life changing. When I follow this routine in the mornings, my day goes sooo much better than when I skip it. It is worth the time it takes to spend some time to meditate, exercise, and to fuel your body, mind, and spirit for the day.
The routine follows the acronym “S.A.V.E.R.S.” to help you remember how to start your day: ☀️ S: Silence. Just for 10 minutes do a little mediation getting your mind focused on starting a new day. ☀️ A: Affirmations. Give yourself a little pep talk to remind yourself that you can accomplish your goals. ☀️ V: Visualize. Imagine what you want your life, relationships, career...etc. to look like. ☀️ E: Exercising. Move your body! Go on a walk, go to the gym, or do a home workout! Just get moving. ☀️ R: Reading. Spend 5-10 minutes reading a book. ☀️ S: Scribing. Have a gratitude journal and spend 5 minutes writing in it. Does anyone else follow the miracle morning routine? Or have any other ideas to add to this list? 💡
