Have A Miracle Morning

I’ve shared this before, but came across this post I wrote last summer and it reminded me how these "Miracle Morning" steps (from Hal Elrod) are life changing. When I follow this routine in the mornings, my day goes sooo much better than when I skip it. It is worth the time it takes to spend some time to meditate, exercise, and to fuel your body, mind, and spirit for the day. ⁣

 


The routine follows the acronym “S.A.V.E.R.S.” to help you remember how to start your day:⁣
☀️⁣
S: Silence. Just for 10 minutes do a little mediation getting your mind focused on starting a new day.⁣
☀️⁣
A: Affirmations. Give yourself a little pep talk to remind yourself that you can accomplish your goals.⁣
☀️⁣
V: Visualize. Imagine what you want your life, relationships, career...etc. to look like.⁣
☀️⁣
E: Exercising. Move your body! Go on a walk, go to the gym, or do a home workout! Just get moving. ⁣
☀️⁣
R: Reading. Spend 5-10 minutes reading a book.⁣
☀️⁣
S: Scribing. Have a gratitude journal and spend 5 minutes writing in it.⁣
